Read A Different World

This is the first time I want to write a blog in English, as I last time bloged here, which is another new attempt to me. Today’s evening, I heard a very interesting lecture “Policy Implication of Behavioral Economics and Happiness Studies”. Before I have never found microeconomics also could involve so many amusing domains. These days I have just right crazily put into next presentation “Everything bad is good for you”, which would tell you today’s pop culture have positive effect to people. It is interesting to find connection between this two topic.

The speaker said maybe government could make gambling legal, then people might get more happiness. Of course, many people would stand up to oppose it. In my presentation, you could also find a lot of objection. But economics is not only political science but also not sociology, it would not focus in moral problem. How to say, maybe I could not express my point efficiently in English, maybe in Chinese I could not too. What I want to express now is we must read the world using different concept.

For a long time, I think I would pursue my master degree in macro, but now at least I have some tendency to micro, which could not say bad thing to me. Maybe in this area, my background in law could play more tremendous influence.

I spent more time to input a blog in English.
